Island Life

I really enjoyed visiting the Faroes, it’s wild and windswept, with lots of weather drama.

I was still getting used to my camera and hadn’t quite got the hang of the settings and compositions for landscape pictures, so there weren’t that many good pictures taken (oh, well, I will just have to go back and try again). These are the best of them. Mostly taken in one afternoon in Kuroy, where the sun peeked out after torrential rain and spotlit the beautiful old buildings.
